Physical Therapist, AEA Water Exercise Certified
Amy has been using deep water running as a form of exercise for years, as she has seen how the wear and tear of traditional running and other types of exercise can take it's toll on people's joints and bodies. Amy is an avid exerciser: she had been a marathoner, a triathalete and a competitive tennis player.
Amy recently underwent a spinal fusion, which highlighted the need for less stressful exercise on the joints, while maintaining a phenomenal workout without compromise. Amy believes strongly in preserving the body, in order to maintain an active lifestyle. She feels passionate about the deep water running experience as a form of great exercise and a therapeutic relief from everyday stress on the joints.
